The rules in Freak Chat are simple:

• If you plan on trying to disrupt the channel and being a pest, don't bother, you will be swiftly banned.
• Don't try to pimp your website/internet show/etc. more than a twice. Spam is annoying and you will be kicked.
• Don't ask people for the latest news. After all, it's posted on this site!
• Be courteous to you fellow freaks. Personal attacks and insults will get you gagged and viciously mocked.
• Don't bad-mouth people. This can result in a permanent ban.
• Don't sexually harass the Freakettes (you know, the chicks). That is grounds for things you may not wish to experience.
• Heed warnings by the channel operators. They are there to keep an eye on things and are good people. However, give them attitude and you will get twice as much back and who knows what else.
• Please don't try and act like some elite hack type. If you have skills, then you have them. Walk the walk, don't talk it. Boasting will get you nowhere. Intellectual conversation will get you much further, much faster.
• Last but not least, use your brain! Idiotic and stupid behavior is not welcomed.
